Tekniker från Bahnhof kommer att byta utrustningen i den vita bredbandsboxen i hallen. Arbetet tar cirka 10 minuter per lägenhet.

Du måste antingen:

Vara hemma mellan kl. 09.00–14.00, eller lämna din nyckel till föreningen.

Om du behöver lämna nyckel

Lägg nyckeln i föreningens brevlåda på Skeppstavägen 33 senast den 16 augusti.

Märk nyckeln tydligt med namn, adress och lägenhetsnummer.

Viktigt

Om du varken är hemma eller har lämnat din nyckel kommer teknikerna inte att kunna genomföra bytet i din lägenhet.

Det innebär att:

du inte kommer att ha någon internetuppkoppling från den 18 augusti, och du själv måste boka ett nytt besök av Bahnhof. Kostnaden är 995 kr.

Om det nya bredbandet

Ny hastighet: 2,5 Gbit/s (tidigare 1 Gbit/s)

Din nuvarande router kommer fortfarande att fungera, men den kanske inte kan utnyttja den högre hastigheten. För att få upp till 2,5 Gbit/s behöver du en router som stöder detta.

Bahnhof erbjuder en kompatibel router för 1 195 kr, men du kan också köpa en motsvarande router från en valfri återförsäljare.

Information about changing internet service provider

On 17 August, the association will be switching to Bahnhof as its internet service provider. A technician will need access to all flats.

Installation on 17 August, 09.00–14.00

Technicians from Bahnhof will replace the equipment in the white broadband box in the hall. The work will take approximately 10 minutes per flat.

You must either:

Be at home between 09.00 and 14.00, or leave your key with the association.

If you need to hand in your key

Please place your key in the association’s letterbox at Skeppstavägen 33 by 16 August at the latest.

Clearly label the key with your name, address and flat number.

Important

If you are neither at home nor have handed in your key, the technicians will not be able to carry out the replacement in your flat.

This means that:

you will have no internet connection from 18 August, and you will have to book a new visit from Bahnhof yourself. The cost is 995 SEK.

About the new broadband

New speed: 2.5 Gbit/s (previously 1 Gbit/s)

Your current router will still work, but it may not be able to utilise the higher speed. To achieve speeds of up to 2.5 Gbit/s, you’ll need a router that supports this.

Bahnhof offers a compatible router for 1,195 kr, but you can also purchase an equivalent router from any retailer of your choice.
